This policy covers information collected through ceiba.agency and related web properties we operate. Client project data governed by a services agreement may follow additional security and retention terms.
Information we collect
Contact info you provide (name, email, company, message), scheduling metadata (when booked via Calendly), and basic technical data (IP/user agent/logs required for security and uptime). We avoid invasive tracking.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, maintain security and reliability, and improve performance and clarity using minimal, aggregated approaches where possible.
Sharing and disclosures
We do not sell personal information. We share only with operational vendors (hosting, email, scheduling) or when required by law.
Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for its purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and agreement enforcement.
Security
